Fraud Awareness & Recruitment Scam Prevention · Report a concern
Employers may submit enquiries concerning staffing coordination or outsourced-workforce requirements. Each proposed engagement is reviewed individually to determine the lawful service model, responsible employing entity, workplace jurisdiction, contractual allocation of responsibilities and whether any additional authorisation is required. An enquiry does not establish that NOVARIC® will act as the employer, employer of record, temporary-work agency, payroll provider or immigration representative. No such service should be described as available until its legal and contractual basis has been confirmed in writing.
The licence described on this page applies to NOVARIC® Sh.A. and its authorised activity in the Republic of Albania. It does not constitute authorisation for regulated staffing, temporary-work, employer-of-record or employment-agency activities in Malta, another European Union Member State or any other jurisdiction. Cross-border recruitment may involve independent employers, licensed partners and competent authorities in the relevant countries. The applicable service scope is confirmed separately for each engagement.
Tell us about your workforce requirement, employment location and proposed engagement model. Our team will assess whether the request falls within NOVARIC® Sh.A.'s licensed scope or requires a different authorised structure.
The licensed activity is governed by the Albanian framework applicable to private employment agencies, employment intermediation and employment relationships. Additional rules may apply to temporary agency work, cross-border placements, personal-data processing and the recruitment of foreign nationals.
Legislation listed above governs the applicable legal framework. It does not constitute endorsement or accreditation of NOVARIC® Sh.A. by the named authorities beyond the licence described above.
