NOVARIC®
For Partners

Partner with NOVARIC.

Build responsible international cooperation through verified governance, ethical recruitment, transparent communication and accountable partnership standards.

Partnership Models

Partnership Opportunities

NOVARIC works with qualified organisations across several partnership categories. Availability depends on jurisdiction, regulatory permissions, operational capacity and written NOVARIC approval.

Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing

Source qualified candidates for authorised employer programmes operated by NOVARIC. Suitable for established recruitment agencies and professional sourcing organisations with ethical recruitment commitments and demonstrable sector experience.

Employer & Institutional Cooperation

Connect employers with NOVARIC recruitment and workforce services. Engage in candidate selection, onboarding and placement activities under a structured bilateral cooperation agreement.

Workforce Mobility & Relocation

Support authorised international worker mobility and international placement. Coordinate relocation logistics and pre-departure orientation under NOVARIC's operational framework and within agreed mobility corridors.

Education & Student Recruitment

Represent authorised educational institutions and assist prospective students with enrolment enquiries. Separate programme authorisation is required for each institution and programme type represented.

Market Development & Country Partnerships

Develop NOVARIC's presence in new jurisdictions under written authorisation. Coordinate relationship-building, market intelligence and institutional introductions at a senior professional level.

Professional Referral Arrangements

Introduce prospective employer clients, institutional partners or individual candidates to NOVARIC under documented referral terms. Introductions only — no recruitment, placement or candidate-data handling.

How It Works

Partnership Approval — Six Stages

The partnership process follows six structured stages. Approval is documented, risk-based and subject to governance controls. Reaching any stage does not automatically activate the next.

  1. 01

    Preliminary Enquiry

Purpose: Establish initial contact and confirm category interest.

You may: Submit a partnership enquiry describing your organisation and intended cooperation.

You may not: Represent NOVARIC, recruit candidates or advertise opportunities.

Outcome: Acknowledgement and initial eligibility assessment.

  2. 02

    Eligibility Review

Purpose: Assess whether the organisation meets baseline eligibility criteria.

You may: Provide company registration details and a description of proposed activities.

You may not: Begin recruitment activity or hold yourself out as a NOVARIC partner.

Outcome: Invitation to due diligence or decline with reasons.

  3. 03

    Due Diligence

Purpose: Verify legal identity, licences, ownership and operational compliance.

You may: Submit required documentation through the designated secure channel.

You may not: Submit sensitive documents through informal channels (WhatsApp, general email).

Outcome: Approved for agreement or declined. See due diligence requirements

  4. 04

    Written Agreement

Purpose: Define terms, scope, territory and obligations.

You may: Review and execute the agreement for the approved partnership category.

You may not: Begin operations. Agreement execution is not operational activation.

Outcome: Executed agreement — precondition for activation.

  5. 05

    Operational Activation

Purpose: Formally activate the partnership for the documented scope.

You may: Operate within the exact territory, service and programme scope specified in the written activation notice.

You may not: Expand scope, territory or services without separate written authorisation.

Outcome: Partnership active — PartnerID issued.

  6. 06

    Monitoring & Periodic Reverification

Purpose: Maintain compliance, review performance and confirm continued eligibility.

You may: Continue authorised activities subject to compliance obligations.

You may not: Continue operating if the partnership expires, is suspended or is terminated.

Outcome: Partnership renewed, suspended or terminated.

Approval is not activation. Agreement execution does not constitute unlimited authorisation. Operational authority exists only for the documented partner, territory, service, programme and approved communication channels, for the effective authorisation period.

Safeguards

Candidate & Worker Protection

Every NOVARIC partner is required to uphold the following candidate and worker protection standards as a condition of maintaining authorised partnership status.

No Recruitment Fees to Candidates

Partners must not charge, request or collect recruitment fees from workers or candidates as a condition of employment, placement or application. A commercial arrangement between NOVARIC and a partner does not authorise the partner to pass costs to candidates.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Partners must not state or imply that employment, a work permit, a visa, residency authorisation or admission has been guaranteed. Government decisions cannot be guaranteed by a private organisation.

Identity Document Protection

Candidates' identity documents must not be requested through informal channels. Documents must be handled lawfully, stored securely and used only for the stated purpose. Retention beyond the permitted period is not authorised.

Approved Channels Only

Partners must communicate with candidates only through officially confirmed NOVARIC channels. Unofficial WhatsApp accounts, personal email addresses or unverified social profiles must not be used for candidate communication.

Fraud Awareness

Protecting Yourself

A company claiming to work with NOVARIC should be independently verified through an official NOVARIC communication channel before documents are shared, payments are made or employment representations are relied upon.

Unauthorised representation. Company registration alone does not authorise regulated recruitment, representation of NOVARIC or candidate-data processing. Operating without written activation constitutes unauthorised use of the NOVARIC brand and may result in legal action.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about partnership eligibility, scope and authorisation.

Does company registration mean I am already a NOVARIC partner?

No. Company registration is a prerequisite for consideration but does not create a partnership. Partnership requires a completed due diligence process, execution of a written agreement and a separate written activation notice for the specific scope, territory and service.

Can I recruit candidates or advertise vacancies before the partnership is activated?

No. You may not recruit candidates, advertise NOVARIC opportunities or collect candidate information until the written activation notice has been issued for the specific programme or vacancy.

Can I charge candidates a recruitment fee?

No. Partners must not charge, request or recover recruitment fees from workers or candidates as a condition of employment, placement or application. Government fees, visa application costs, travel and independently contracted education services must not be misrepresented as a recruitment fee or payment for a guaranteed outcome.

What documents are required for due diligence?

Required documents typically include company registration certificate, registered office confirmation, directors and authorised representatives, relevant recruitment or education licences, and evidence of data-protection capability. Sensitive identity and verification documents must be provided only through a secure channel designated by NOVARIC following an initial eligibility review. See the Partner Eligibility & Due Diligence Guide for the full requirements.

How do I verify that an organisation is an authorised NOVARIC partner?

Submit a verification enquiry through the official contact channel or follow the manual verification steps in the Partner Verification Guide. Do not rely on a self-issued PartnerID or informal claims of authorisation.

Can I use the NOVARIC brand in my marketing materials?

Not without written approval. Authorised partners may use approved brand assets only within the documented scope and subject to brand guidelines. Unauthorised use of the NOVARIC registered trademark may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
