Verify an Authorised NOVARIC Partner

Before sharing documents, making payments or relying on recruitment claims — verify that any organisation claiming to represent NOVARIC is genuinely authorised.

Overview #

This guide is for candidates, employers, educational institutions, government bodies and any other person or organisation that has been approached by a third party claiming to work with, represent, or act on behalf of NOVARIC.

The international recruitment, workforce mobility and education sectors are frequently targeted by fraudulent operators who use the names and trademarks of reputable organisations to deceive candidates. This page explains how to verify — through official NOVARIC channels — whether an organisation is genuinely authorised.

If you are uncertain, verify before you act. Do not share identity documents, make payments or rely on employment or immigration claims made by any organisation until you have confirmed their status directly through an official NOVARIC channel. NOVARIC issues written authorisation to approved partners through a rigorous due diligence and approval process. Only organisations that have completed this process and received a written activation notice are authorised to represent NOVARIC. Authorisation is specific to a category, territory and scope — it is not a general mandate.

Verification Status Notice #

⚠ Online automated partner verification is not yet operational.

Online partner verification is available only where a verified partner register has been formally activated. At this time, live automated partner verification is not yet operational. There is no publicly accessible partner lookup tool or searchable partner registry at this address.

The process described in this guide sets out how to verify a claimed partner through official NOVARIC channels. This manual process is the only currently available method of verification.

Any website, platform or individual claiming to offer automated NOVARIC partner verification through an unofficial system should be treated with extreme caution and reported immediately.

When a formal partner verification service is activated, it will be announced through official NOVARIC communications and accessible only through the verified domain novaric.eu.

PartnerID Format #

NOVARIC assigns a unique reference identifier — a PartnerID — to each approved partner organisation upon written activation. The conceptual format of a PartnerID is:

NVR-PTN-[COUNTRY]-[YEAR]-[SEQUENCE]

Where:

  • [COUNTRY] — a three-letter ISO country code representing the partner's country of registration
  • [YEAR] — the four-digit year of activation
  • [SEQUENCE] — a four-digit sequential reference number assigned by NOVARIC

Important limitations of the PartnerID format

Knowing the format of a PartnerID is not sufficient to verify authenticity. Any person with knowledge of the format could fabricate an identifier that matches the pattern. Format alone does not prove authorisation.

An authorised NOVARIC partner will be able to:

  • Provide their PartnerID in writing upon request
  • Provide a copy of or reference to their written activation notice from NOVARIC
  • Be confirmed as an authorised partner when NOVARIC is contacted directly through an official channel

No genuine authorised partner will object to a prospective candidate or employer verifying their status through official NOVARIC channels. Resistance to independent verification is itself a fraud indicator.

Manual Verification Process #

Follow these steps to verify whether an organisation is a genuinely authorised NOVARIC partner. Do not begin the verification process using contact details provided by the organisation you are verifying.

  1. Request the organisation's PartnerID and written authorisation reference in writing.
    Ask the organisation to provide their NOVARIC PartnerID and confirm the legal name under which they are authorised. Request this in writing — email is sufficient. A legitimate authorised partner will have this information readily available.
  2. Note the exact legal name of the organisation and the name of the representative.
    Record the full legal name of the organisation as it appears on official documents, the full name of the person you have been dealing with, and any contact details they have provided. You will need this information when contacting NOVARIC.
  3. Contact NOVARIC directly through an independently verified official channel.
    Do not use any contact details provided by or through the organisation you are verifying. Go directly to the NOVARIC website at novaric.eu and use the contact information you find there. Do not follow links in emails or messages from the organisation.
  4. Use only verified NOVARIC contact channels.
    The following are verified official NOVARIC contact channels for verification enquiries: Do not use any other numbers, email addresses or messaging channels. Unofficial channels claiming to be NOVARIC should be reported immediately.
  5. Do not share documents, make payments or rely on recruitment claims until verification is confirmed.
    While you are waiting for verification, treat all claims made by the organisation as unconfirmed. Do not upload or send identity documents, make any payments, sign any contracts, or rely on employment, immigration or admission claims until NOVARIC has confirmed the organisation's status in writing.
  6. If NOVARIC cannot confirm the organisation is an authorised partner, treat the engagement with caution.
    If NOVARIC advises that it cannot confirm the organisation as an authorised partner, or cannot confirm the specific PartnerID provided, the organisation should be treated as potentially fraudulent. Cease all dealings and consider reporting through the fraud reporting route.

Fraud Indicators #

The following are indicators that an organisation claiming to represent NOVARIC may NOT be genuinely authorised. No single indicator is conclusive, but the presence of one or more should prompt you to verify the organisation's status immediately through official channels before proceeding.

Warning signs — verify immediately if you encounter any of these:
  • The organisation cannot produce a written PartnerID or written authorisation reference from NOVARIC when asked.
  • The organisation requests payment to a personal bank account, mobile money account or through informal transfer services.
  • The organisation guarantees a job offer, visa approval, work permit, EU residence rights or university admission.
  • The organisation uses free or consumer email services (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com) rather than a corporate domain.
  • The organisation communicates through WhatsApp numbers not matching the verified NOVARIC numbers (+355 69 205 1475 or +355 69 205 1474).
  • The organisation presents documents that appear unofficial, have been altered, or bear logos or branding that does not match the official NOVARIC visual identity.
  • The organisation applies pressure to pay immediately, act urgently or share passport details within a very short timeframe.
  • The organisation cannot identify which NOVARIC legal entity is responsible for the programme or service being offered.
  • The organisation offers to collect fees "on NOVARIC's behalf" without being able to provide a verifiable corporate invoice from a NOVARIC legal entity.
  • The organisation resists or discourages you from verifying their status with NOVARIC directly.
  • The organisation's website, social media or marketing materials contain spelling errors, inconsistent branding or implausible claims.

What Not to Do #

If you are a candidate, worker or student who has been approached by an organisation claiming to offer recruitment, employment, visa support or educational enrolment in connection with NOVARIC, the following actions could put you at serious risk. Do not do any of the following until you have verified the organisation's authorisation status through official channels:

  • Do not share passport, national ID, birth certificate or other identity documents through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or any other channel from an unverified organisation.
  • Do not make any payment — however small — into a personal bank account, mobile money account, or through an informal transfer service in connection with a claimed NOVARIC programme.
  • Do not rely on guaranteed outcome claims — no authorised partner can guarantee employment, a visa, a work permit, EU residency or university admission.
  • Do not act on claims that cannot be verified through official NOVARIC channels at novaric.eu or through the verified contact numbers listed in this guide.
  • Do not sign documents presented by an unverified organisation that purport to be NOVARIC agreements, appointment letters or programme enrolment forms.
  • Do not follow links in messages or emails from an unverified organisation to reach what they claim is the NOVARIC website or contact form — always navigate directly to novaric.eu.
  • Do not assume that a professional-looking certificate, letter or contract is genuine — fraudulent operators routinely produce convincing-looking documents. Authenticity can only be confirmed by NOVARIC.
Remember: Taking these precautions costs you nothing but time. A genuine authorised NOVARIC partner will understand and support your request to verify their authorisation. If an organisation pressures you not to verify, that pressure is itself a significant warning sign.

Report Concerns #

If you suspect that a person or organisation is fraudulently using the NOVARIC name, trademark or partnership status without genuine authorisation, please report your concerns as promptly as possible.

NOVARIC takes all reports of suspected fraud and misuse of its name seriously. Reports help protect other candidates and organisations from harm and allow NOVARIC to take appropriate action, including referral to relevant authorities where warranted.

How to report

  • Email: admin@novaric.co — include as much detail as possible: the organisation's name, contact details, the claims made, and any documents received.
  • Telephone / WhatsApp: +355 69 205 1475 (verified) or +355 69 205 1474 (verified).

What to include in your report

  • The name and contact details of the person or organisation you are reporting
  • How you were first contacted (WhatsApp, email, in-person, social media, etc.)
  • What was claimed, offered or requested
  • Any documents, screenshots or communications you can share
  • Whether any payment was made or documents were shared
  • Your contact details, so NOVARIC can follow up
All reports are treated seriously and handled with appropriate confidentiality. Where a report involves a criminal offence or serious harm, NOVARIC may refer the matter to the relevant national or international authorities. You are encouraged to also report suspected criminal conduct to your local authorities independently.
