Shkodër / Ta’ Xbiex, 12 October 2026 — NOVARIC® Ltd. (Malta) and NOVARIC® Sh.A. (Albania) are issuing this clarification to avoid any confusion between the NOVARIC® group and a company in the United Kingdom that, until 12 October 2026, was registered under the name NOVARIC LTD.
UK company number 15296326 was registered under the name NOVARIC LTD from 20 November 2023 until 12 October 2026, when its registered name changed to GREENSIDE REAL ESTATE LTD. Throughout the period in which that company bore the NOVARIC LTD name, it had no business relationship or affiliation with NOVARIC® Ltd. in Malta, NOVARIC® Sh.A. in Albania, or any NOVARIC® group entity. It was not authorised to represent NOVARIC®, provide services on its behalf, or enter into commitments in its name. Any activities, communications, agreements or transactions undertaken by UK company number 15296326 during that period were independent of NOVARIC® and should not be attributed to the NOVARIC® group. The subsequent name change does not alter this absence of affiliation.
According to the public register maintained by Companies House, the company was incorporated in England and Wales on 20 November 2023 under the name NOVARIC LTD. On 12 October 2026 Companies House issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name, and the company is now registered as GREENSIDE REAL ESTATE LTD. The register shows NOVARIC LTD as its previous name for the period from 20 November 2023 to 12 October 2026. The company’s officers and filings are available on the public Companies House register.
NOVARIC® is publishing this clarification as a precaution. Candidates, students, clients and partners who may come across the former name NOVARIC LTD in registry listings, business databases or search results should be aware that it does not refer to the NOVARIC® group.
