Our Brand, Our Identity
These guidelines define the NOVARIC® brand. They ensure consistency across every touchpoint — from corporate documents to digital platforms, social media and partner communications. Every NOVARIC® team member is responsible for upholding these standards.

Logo
The NOVARIC® wordmark is the primary brand identifier. It must appear exactly as specified — always with the registered trademark symbol as a superscript on first use.

Always Do
- Use the registered trademark ® as superscript on first use
- Maintain clear space of at least 0.5× logo height around it
- Use official logo files only — never recreate
- Apply NOVARIC® on approved backgrounds only
Never Do
- Stretch, rotate or distort the logo in any way
- Use the logo on busy photographic backgrounds
- Change the font, spacing or letterforms
- Add drop shadows, outlines or unauthorised effects

Colour rule: Navy and Cyan are the primary brand colours. Do not substitute, tint or alter them. All reproduction must be verified against these HEX and CMYK values.
Typography
NOVARIC® uses Arial / Helvetica Neue as its exclusive typeface across all contexts — print, digital, presentations and documents. No alternative typefaces are permitted.
Tone of Voice
NOVARIC® communicates in a professional, clear and structured manner. Business-professional tone — approachable but never casual. Prioritise clarity over creativity. Be concise but complete.

Imagery & Photography
All photography used in NOVARIC® communications must reflect our professional, human-centred brand. Images should feel authentic, diverse and aligned with our core sectors: HR, workforce mobility and professional services.
Always Use
- Diverse, professional people in workplace settings
- Natural lighting, candid and authentic moments
- Clean, uncluttered compositions
- Images that reflect HR, migration and professional services
- Consistent colour treatment aligned with the brand palette
Never Use
- Stock photos that look obviously staged or artificial
- Overly saturated or heavily filtered images
- Images with competing brand logos or watermarks
- Low-resolution or pixelated photography
